Adventure Fridays

In preparation for mum going back to work in Janaury, Lachie has been having one day in PlayCare to help him get used to the place. This has given mum and I a chance to have what I call “adventure Fridays”. A chance for mum and I (and dad and I once) to have some one-on-one time and do some big kid stuff. We’ve been having a really cool time and gone to some really fun places. Some of the highlights include:

• The Gorillas giving each other piggy backs and the baby elephant at Taronga zoo.
• The big blue bucket emptying over the pool and the water slides at Homebush Aquatic Centre.
• The ultimate sandpit and fun waves at Newport beach.
• The Magical Chrissy decorations in the city where I got to ride the polar express and chat with Santa.
• Rocking it out at a Wiggles concert.

There were six in total – we had a great time!
