Post Irene

Fus the damage was not too bad. We had power most of the time and only lost water on the Sunday night. Running water returned on Monday night but it was non-potable. BUT at least we had it. The poor houses at the bottom of the hill (and particularly so inthe next town 2 miles away) weren’t so lucky where it flooded quite badly.
