Face-off with Nemo

What kind of fear-provoking name for a storm is Nemo?
I mocked him. Next thing I knew he was upgraded to a Blizzard. Oops!
Moral of the story: never mock something that has potential to be way more powerful than you. They will be the last one laughing 😉

By the time we got home on Friday (and we had to leave early as roads and public transport started shutting down), there was already ample snow on the ground to play. It wasn’t too heavy at that stage and so Nathan tooks the kids outside for a quick play…

Through the night we were amazed at the dedication and persistance of the road clearing team. They laboured all night long to ensure the roads were safe. Thanks guys – you rock 🙂
