The Nutcracker
As an awesome birthday present (in February) we got given two tickets to see George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker performed by the New York City Ballet Theatre. Finally the day was here!
We took a train and a subway
to the Lincoln Center…
There mum surprised Eli with a dance class with the New York City Ballet ballerinas.
They broke the group up into three and taught us three routines from the Nutcracker and the put on a show for the parents. Eli got to be a flower!
Then it was off to the gorgeous dazzling David H Koch Theatre for the BIG event 🙂
A quick walk down to Columbus Circle to check out the Chrissy Decorations…
and a frozen yogurt to finish the day. What a day!!!
We didn’t feel too sorry for the boys. They went Lego shopping…
We had a fantastic day. Thank you!
One great day, and a lifetime of fantastic memories.
