Whilst in London for work, Bianca had the amazing opportunity (thanks Benson!) to go to Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner restaurant. HB is a pioneer of multisensory cooking and flavour encapsulation. It was an incredible dining adventure – yummo!

main: Powdered duck breast & bone in rib of Hereford prime
Dessert? of course! tipsy cake & brown bread ice cream
