The NYRR Manhattan 7-miler in the books!
That’s the third race down, one to go 🙂
That’s 3 qualifying races of the 4 needed out of a possible 6 races for the 2020 NYC half – try and say that really fast!!!

Meanwhile, Nathan was being father of the year and visiting Eli at camp for her visitors day. On his birthday and all!
