First Sleep @ Grandma’s house
2 nights – what an adventure!
Poor mum and dad had to go to Adelaide for dad’s birthday, so that we could stay with Grandma and Grandpa for the weekend. We had a great time! Heer are some pictures from Featherdale Park…
Lachie @ 17m
- I will eat anything.
- I like my food all mixed up wiuth lots of tasty sauce.
- I kind of sleep most of the night with only one or two naps a day.
- I only have my dummy for sleeps.
- My favourite person is EliEliEli and I like to say it really fast with lots of excitement!
- My words are really coming along – mum, dad, EliEliEli, NaNa (dummy), Grandma, Grandpa, Nanny, Giraffe, Milk, More, Up, Down, Yes, No -> all the important ones! And way too many to list.
- I like to use my pointer finger for most conversations.
- I love to help.
- I howl along with music beautifully!
- I like reading stories in Eli’s bed.
- I am extremely good natured considering my ears, nose and eyes are (more often than not) running 🙂
Winter Cool
Eli @ 3.1y

I don’t like

- Wearing my hair up
Lachie: who said real blokes don’t like shoes?
I love my new shoes. I’m a big kid now.
I can spend hours finding stuff to do that includes shoes.
I love to line them up with mum & Eli’s.
I like to carry them around.
But most of all – I love to wear them!
Eli: I am a good helper
Picture this….
…it’s pre-6am
…dad is overseas.
…mum is in the shower.
…Lachie is quietly having his morning milk bottle.
What should I be doing?
I know I’ll help out. I decide to wash Lachie’s hair and jammies with milk from his yummy warm milk bottle. What a great idea – yes?
Lachie doesn’t think so L
Mum hears the screams and comes running in.
Mum’s first thought – oh good he’s still in his jammies. I had to redress him anyway.
Mum’s second thought –oh good! They are in the kitchen and so not on the carpet. That will be easy to clean.
Mum’s third thought – oh poor Lachie!
Yes it is early….
Lachie: Once and for all!
I had an appointment with the ENT specialist today and he was to rid me of my ear infection once and for all.
How… 2 x steroids + 2 x antibiotics
In the form of ear drops, nose spray and two oral liquids 😦
I am very good and patient for Mum & Dad…although my question for them is…is an ear infection less stressful than this?
Weekend at Uncle Jus’
Lachie: another tooth!
The fourth matching double one.
This is easy.
Now I just need to grow the corner ones…
Grandpa’s Birthday
It was Grandpa’s birthday and we went to Belrose. It was fabulous! There was good food, indoor playgrounds and candles and cake and everything!
