Happy Birthday Dad!
40th Family Celebration
Today we asked Nathan what he’d like to do for his birthday family celebration? and he designed this road trip ๐
We drove into the city, and the first stop was the newly openned observation deck in the Freedom tower…
Then the grounds…
Then the 911 Museum…
Then we subwayed across to Brooklyn to go to the Shake Shack (yummo!) and thenย weย walked across the Brooklyn Bridge which took us back toย the car.
Sometimes you have to work for your dinner
This is a great way to get every one to eat their veggies. Some how – if they are cooked on a hot plate in front of you or you have to catch them in your mouth as they fly through the air – veggies become the best thing ever!!! Unfortunately it is too messy to try at home…but if you get desperate perhaps???
Yes it is true
The Dinner Experience
Whilst in London for work, Bianca had the amazing opportunity (thanks Benson!) to go to Heston Blumenthal’s Dinnerย restaurant. ย HB is a pioneer of multisensory cooking and flavour encapsulation. It was an incredible dining adventure – yummo!

It looks like a manadarin, but is it…?
main: Powdered duck breast & bone in rib of Hereford prime

Dessert? of course! tipsy cake & brown bread ice cream

Chicano Park & Corronado
As always – there is always time for a few quick stops on the way to the airport!
Chicaon Park to see the muralsย & some more cacti (cactuses?)
